Well ..when hunger strikes .. GO TO ADAYAR ANANDA BHAVAN...is what my mind has been conditioned to whenever I cross that Adyars signal as the smell of the chaat lingers..well outside the shop to lure me inside ....

Believe me karthik, Adayar Ananda Bhavan is not what it used to be a few years ago. I work in the office right opposite to AAB. The food is very average and the chaats are pathetic, service is dismal. Moreover, the items are very expensive. It is just not worth it. When did you visit last time? I don't really go there for food anymore, maybe sometimes to buy sweets, even that is getting rare.
